Facility Features: 

  • Loveless-UNM Rehabilitation Hospital is 62-beds and CARF-accredited in TBI, SCI and stroke with a 10-bed TBI unit
  • The University of New Mexico Hospital, the 556-bed affiliated acute care teaching hospital, is a Level I trauma center. It is also home to the only certified burn unit and designated stroke center in the state.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Provide clinical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Work closely with the TBI Medical Director
  • Serve as core teaching faculty in an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency program

 Candidate Qualifications:

 Will consider candidates from any PM&R subspecialty background with preference to TBI or neurrehab doctors

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fellowship training or experience
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in resident and medical student education
  • Track record of scholarly activity or academic contributions
