Practice Features:

  • Financially sustainable, successful, dynamic with a new and unique service driven approach.
  • Growing practice of 9 physiatrists and 1 PA.

Compensation: 

  • Annual salary with monthly/quarterly benchmark; average 20 – 25 patients a day
  • Salary $200,000 – $300,000 plus bonus
  • Incentive bonus available when quarterly benchmark exceeded; they have an RVU bonus structure.  You would be given an estimated census of patients to see to support your base salary and if you go above that you earn extra money
  • Example: a $225K base for someone who is willing to see 25 patients a day 5 days per week plus the bonus.  Some physicians make over $100K in bonus.

 Time Commitment:

  • Full-time, with flexibility to set own schedule
  • Part-time – 2 days/week at a minimum
  • The contract term is 1 year

Responsibilities:

  • Visit 1 SNF seeing a total of 20 – 25 patients per day

Call: 

  • None

Full-Time Benefits:

  • Health and Dental, with portion paid by practice. Medical and dependent care FSA available.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Maintain unrestricted New Jersey Medical License, Controlled Dangerous Substance license, and Drug Enforcement Agency registration.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements for all certifications and licenses.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • Maintain valid and unrestricted United States driver’s license
  • Obtain and maintain malpractice insurance under current practice insurance carrier
