Facility Features: 

  • 98-bed Rehab Hospital
  • Certifications in Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injury, Parkinson’s Disease, and Amputee care.
  • There are other physiatrists affiliated with the rehab hospital who also do inpatient and outpatient work

Responsibilities:

  • See 15-20 inpatients a day
  • Can also do outpatient to include follow-up from the inpatient; can have a busy interventional pain management practice if desired
  • Build your practice and grow with the community

Affiliation:           

  • Independent contractor

Call:

  • Shared call and weekend coverage

Compensation:     

  • Income guarantee
  • Pay for administrative services rendered which could be up to 100 hours per month on average plus professional receipts

Candidate Qualifications:        

  • Board Certified/Qualified physiatrist with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Want a motivated, hard worker who is familiar with rehab regulations and can communicate them to the other physicians at the hospital
  • New grads welcome
