- Each division is only responsible for their own overhead expenses
Practice Features:
- Group of 3 physiatrists, 7 orthopedic surgeons, 2 anesthesiology pain management doctors and 4 nurse practitioners.
- The practice offers a continuum of services from acute to subacute to outpatient care.
- Ancillary services include PT, X-ray, pre-operative labs and EKG’s, clinical lab work, outpatient pain management facility and full service pharmacy.
- The practice was founded in 2008 with the merger of three surgical clinics, and physical medicine practice, and an interventional pain management practice
Responsibilities:
- Musculoskeletal, pain management, EMG’s, IME’s.
- A significant amount of workers compensation work.
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience
- Salary plus incentive
- The incentive is based on productivity/collections
Affiliation:
- Employee with partnership potential
- Partnership track 1 – 3 years at which time you would share in the ancillary service income too
