Practice Features:

  • Solo physiatry practice with the physiatrist boarded in both physiatry and pain
  • 5 offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth area – Rowlett, Grenville, Forney, Anna and Sherman
  • Acute and chronic pain

Responsibilities:

  • 4 clinic days, 1 procedure day /week
  • All chronic pain
  • 20-30 patients / day
  • Travel between the offices
  • Regenerative service capability not required
  • One office per day.  Visit a total of three offices a week. One day each at 2 offices and three days at one office
  • Procedures interspersed with patient visits

Affiliation:

  • Employee
  • Ability to have equity in 2-3 years

Compensation:

  • Salary plus incentive

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Qualified physiatrist or anesthesiologist
