Interventional or general outpatient practice opportunity, Dallas

No opioids, no chronic pain at this Dallas, TX physiatry practice opportunity 
• No nights, no calls, or weekends
• No hospital inpatient rounding
• Plenty of opportunity if wanted for training and mentorship

Reason for opening:

• The practice is experiencing growth

Responsibilities:

• Outpatient musculoskeletal (spine & joint) evaluations for new and follow up patients
• Ultrasound guided injection procedures (trigger points, joint injections, nerve blocks, PRP)
• EMG/NCSs skills are preferred
• The physician must have a good bedside manner (calm, patient, good patient educator)
• Physician must be comfortable explaining and ordering all injection procedures, reviewing test results (MRIs CT, X-rays), and devising a comprehensive treatment plan
• Cover 3 locations within the DFW metroplex – Plano, Arlington and Mesquite
• Only work in one location/day
• Personal injury practice

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation
• Starting salary is negotiable based on experience and training

Candidate Qualifications:
• Pain Fellowship trained in ER, PM&R, or anesthesia
• PM&R with interventional experience (unaccredited) fellowship is fine
• PM&R, no fellowship (fine as long as able to work up the case order injections, do EMG, ultrasound, PRP, trigger points)
• New PM&R residency graduates or new fellows are welcome to apply
