Practice Features:
- Financially strong, well-established interventional pain practice
- 2-office practice with 1 PM&R doctor;
- The practice owner would like a practice associate to work autonomously at the Nashville offices and/or to purchase the Nashville site
- Supportive team of 2 mid-levels at each office who work exclusively at each office to help you succeed
- 95% of patients referred from other doctors
- The practice owner screens all new patient referrals to determine appropriateness of referral
- In-office fluoroscopy suites
- The mid-levels rotate call, physicians do not take call
Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously at the Nashville office
- All interventional procedures to include cervical and lumbar epidurals under fluoroscopy, RFA’s, medial branch blocks, spinal cord stimulator and peripheral nerve stimulator trials
- The practice does not do intrathecal pumps
- Majority of time would be spent doing interventional procedures, but you would occasionally see follow-up and new patients. Mid-levels see vast majority of follow ups and new patients.
- Supervise the work of the mid-levels
- Chronic Pain Medication management
- 4 days/week, 6:30 AM – 5 PM
- Volume of about 20 procedures per day.

- Salary plus bonus incentives if an employee. Over $700K is very achievable as an employee.
