 Practice Features:

  • Financially strong, well-established interventional pain practice
  • 2-office practice with 1 PM&R doctor;
  • The practice owner would like a practice associate to work autonomously at the Nashville offices and/or to purchase the Nashville site
  • Supportive team of 2 mid-levels at each office who work exclusively at each office to help you succeed
  • 95% of patients referred from other doctors
  • The practice owner screens all new patient referrals to determine appropriateness of referral
  • In-office fluoroscopy suites
  • The mid-levels rotate call, physicians do not take call

Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously at the Nashville office
  • All interventional procedures to include cervical and lumbar epidurals under fluoroscopy, RFA’s, medial branch blocks, spinal cord stimulator and peripheral nerve stimulator trials
  • The practice does not do intrathecal pumps
  • Majority of time would be spent doing interventional procedures, but you would occasionally see follow-up and new patients.  Mid-levels see vast majority of follow ups and new patients.
  • Supervise the work of the mid-levels
  • Chronic Pain Medication management
  • 4 days/week, 6:30 AM – 5 PM
  • Volume of about 20 procedures per day.

Compensation:

  • Salary plus bonus incentives if an employee. Over $700K is very achievable as an employee.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Board Certified in Pain and PM&R or Anesthesiology
