Practice Features:
• Join Board Certified physiatrist who is fellowship-trained in pain
• Offices in Raleigh, Cary, Garner and Rockingham
• The senior partner has 17 years of experience and won awards for Patients’ Choice, Compassionate Care and On-Time Care
• The senior partner and his family moved to Cary, NC in 2007, and he practiced in Cary and Raleigh for 2 years before starting Carolina Spine Center in Rockingham at the end of 2009. He
then opened up another office in Cary at the end of 2011. Cary is 1 hour and 40 minutes from Rockingham.
• 2 nurse practitioners
• The procedures are done in the office
Responsibilities:
• 4 1/2 procedure days/week
• Work in Cary, Rockingham, Garner and Raleigh or just in Rockingham in which case the work week would be 3 – 4 ½ days/week
• Some EMG’s
• No call, nights or weekends
