Responsibilities:
• Spine Procedures: Focus on bread-and-butter spine procedures as well the latest cutting edge interventional spine care.
• Office Locations: Split time between two offices in the Orlando area
• ASC Procedures: Perform procedures one to two days per week at a pristine new ASC located downstairs from one of the offices.
• State-of-the-Art Facilities: 6 operating suites, with the practice owning 30% of the ASC.
• EMR System: Epic for all patient records.
• 100% outpatient
• No present on call responsibilities
• No nights or weekends

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive Salary: First-year income guarantee of approximately $300K, plus a robust productivity-based bonus structure (RVU incentive).

Candidate Qualifications:
• Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R, with completion of (or presently completing) an interventional spine or pain fellowship to offer advanced spine care. We are also looking for a second candidate who would be a non-interventional physiatrist for initial triage of spine patients and to perform electrodiagnostic studies.
• Licensure: Must have a clear and active Florida medical license or be willing to obtain one.
