Practice Features:
- One of the biggest inpatient rehab and pain management groups in S CA affiliated with multiple hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in Orange and Riverside Counties
- The practice serves multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Ten mid-level providers on the team.
- Join a dedicated, compassionate team committed to excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily inpatient care (95%).
- A small portion of time spent on pain management, consults, and medication management (5%).
- Travel time between the rehab unit and rehab hospital is approximately 30 minutes.
- See about 15 patients per day.
- Can do SNF work if desired but not a required part of this position
Call Schedule:
- 1- 2 weekends per month.
