Program Features:
• 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit with a diverse and rewarding caseload
Your Role:
• Serve as the attending physiatrist on the IRF unit, managing patients directly
• Medicine support available as needed—no internal medicine responsibilities required
• Census of approximately 30–50 patients per day, including consults and follow-ups, supported by NPs/PAs
Call Schedule:
• Shared rotation among physiatrists, typically every 2–4 weeks
Contract and Compensation:
• 2–3 year agreement
• Competitive fee-for-service or hybrid compensation model (salary plus performance-based bonus)
