• Dedicated hospitalist team providing 24/7 coverage for all patients
• No night or weekend call responsibilities

Practice Features:
• Established private, two-physician physiatry group (since 2012)
• Supported by an experienced Nurse Practitioner
• Two primary practice locations: Mercy Hospital (South Buffalo) and Kenmore (20 minutes apart)
• Strong mentorship environment
Facility Details:
• 30-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Average daily census of approximately 23 patients
Responsibilities:
• Serve as admitting and attending physician for inpatient rehab unit
• Option to perform consults (current volume: ~150 consults/month)
Call Schedule:
• 1:4 rotation
Affiliation Options:

Compensation:
• $260,000 – $350,000 base salary
