Location:
- 40 miles from southern Chicago
Practice Features:
- 3-doctor physiatry group who work at a 41-bed rehab unit within a 400-bed hospital, 8 nursing homes and their office
- The rehab unit is on 2 floors of the hospital with about 20 beds on each floor
- ADC is 36
- PA, NP; 8 office employees
Responsibilities:
- 75% inpatient, 25% outpatient if full-time work
- Do admissions, rounds and discharges
- Act as the consultant on the rehab unit
- Visit 1- 2 nursing homes in Joliet
- Over time, will also do additional consults, EMG’s, injections

- 1:4 weeks and weekends

- Salary plus incentive
