Practice Features:

• One of the biggest inpatient rehab and pain management groups in S CA affiliated with multiple hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in Orange and Riverside Counties
• The practice serves multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Ten mid-level providers on the team.
• Join a dedicated, compassionate team committed to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily inpatient care (95%).
• A small portion of time spent on pain management, consults, and medication management (5%).
• Travel time between the rehab unit and rehab hospital is approximately 30 minutes.
• See about 15 patients per day.

Call Schedule:

• 1- 2 weekends per month.

Affiliation:

Compensation:

• 60-70% of the collections depending on their experience and weekend availability
