Practice Features:
- Focus: Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant. This includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (PCPs, PT/OT/SLP) in SNFs to manage conditions like CVA, neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic rehabilitation. Pain management and addressing barriers to therapy are also key components.
- Schedule: One day per month, with flexible hours typically between 9 AM and 4 PM on a weekday. No evenings, weekends, or on-call duties are required.
