Practice Features:

  • Focus: Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant. This includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (PCPs, PT/OT/SLP) in SNFs to manage conditions like CVA, neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic rehabilitation. Pain management and addressing barriers to therapy are also key components.
  • Schedule: One day per month, with flexible hours typically between 9 AM and 4 PM on a weekday. No evenings, weekends, or on-call duties are required.
  • Work-life balance: CRC emphasizes supporting clinicians’ work-life balance and mental health, offering flexible schedules and a supportive work environment.
  • Technology support: CRC utilizes virtual scribes and personal medical assistants to reduce administrative burdens and allow clinicians to focus on patient care.
  • Professional development: CRC provides a robust training program in rehabilitative medicine, physiatry-focused education, and opportunities for PM&R certification. Clinicians can attend monthly didactic lectures, virtual team meetings, and regional dinners.

Compensation: 

  • 70% of billings for patients seen
