Practice Features:
• Three-person practice; 2 physiatrists and 1 anesthesiologist
• Have trained and certified technicians to do the NCS portion
• EMR. They use the Dragon System for dictation.
Responsibilities:
• If interventional. The practice does the following procedures: interlaminal epidural
injections, transforaminal epidural injections, cervical facet block, lumbar facet block, cervical radiofrequency, lumbar radiofrequency
SI joint injections & all major joint injections, caudal epidural injection, discogram, sympathetic nerve block, Idet/discogenic pain procedures/percutaneous microdiscectomy, Racz (epidurolysis of adhesions), dorsal column stimulator (for failed back surgery, rsd and chronic back pain), kyphoplasty, MILD
• OR general outpatient
