16-year-old, successful 6-doctor physiatry group with 4 offices
PT’s and fluoroscopes in offices
Electronic medical records, electronic prescriptions
There are parking garages right nearby and they provide parking

General outpatient responsibilities:

Outpatient musculoskeletal Combination of car accidents, workers comp and major med
Supervise EMG’s; The EMG certified technician have doctorates and they obtain data that the physiatrists interpret data and render patient care accordingly
See approximately 20 patients/day
There is an opportunity to testify in court as an expert witness

Interventional responsibilities:

Procedure and clinic days
Perform interventional procedures to include percutaneous discectomies, RFA’s, etc.

Opportunity for a percentage of revenues after 2 years
