• Offices located in Atlanta, Conyers, Cumming, Gainesville, Lawrenceville, Marietta, and RiverdaleMultiple examination rooms at each location

Position Responsibilities:
• Perform primarily fluoroscopy-guided interventional spine procedures with some patient consultations
• Procedures include epidural steroid injections, facet injections, trigger point injections, radiofrequency ablations (RFA), and other interventional pain treatments
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated physician assistant
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Practice Locations:
• Lawrenceville: 2–3 days per week
• Oakwood (Gainesville area): 1–2 days per week
• Conyers: Approximately once per month or every other week
• Cumming: Approximately once per month, if needed
Compensation:
• Competitive per diem compensation
• Performance bonus potential
Practice Affiliation:
• 1099 independent contractor
• Employee status is negotiable

Candidate Qualifications:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible physician
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Medicine
• Background in PM&R, Anesthesiology, or Neurology
• Demonstrated expertise in fluoroscopy-guided spine procedures
• Preferred but not required experience in personal injury
• Team-oriented physician interested in helping grow a successful outpatient practice while providing exceptional patient care
