• Joint venture between the Medical Center and the rehab management company
• Dedicated to maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive PM&R programs

• 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit facility managed by by a national rehab company
• This national rehab company operates over 300 hospital-based rehab units, medical/surgical and outpatient therapy programs, and more than 30 joint venture inpatient rehabilitation hospitals nationwide

Patient Population:

• Stroke (CVA), traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI)
• General debility, trauma, hip fractures, and other CMS qualifying diagnoses

Affiliation Options:

• Independent contractor
• Employed position through US Physiatry

Compensation:

• Independent Contractor: Fair market value administrative stipend (approximately $100,000 annually)
• Employed: Competitive salary structure

Payor Mix:

• 80% Medicare / Managed Medicare
• 10% Commercial Insurance
• 10% Medicaid
