• 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient rehabilitation coverage (hospitalist provides primary medical management)
• Option to provide consults at the acute care hospital
• Opportunity to offer outpatient services both onsite and at a nearby outpatient center

Call Schedule:

• 1:2 call rotation
• Hospitalist support assists with call coverage

Affiliation Structure:

• Independent contractor arrangement
• Renewable year-to-year contract with potential for long-term engagement

Compensation:

• Fair market value compensation for administrative services
• Professional billing collections in addition to administrative stipend

Payor Mix:

• 80% Medicare / Managed Medicare
• 10% Commercial Insurance
• 10% Medicaid
