Testimonial

“You are a great resource for the PMR community!”
Rick Sibson, D.O.

Good Question!  Bad Question!

Most of an interview is composed of the practice/hospital asking the candidate questions.  Candidates should ask questions however too.  Please consider that some questions are good to ask and other questions should be avoided.  A great question is “What can I tell you right now that would convince you that I am the one for the job?”  As is true that the candidate should prepare how to respond to questions, the candidate should also prepare questions to ask.  It is important for the interview dialogue to be similar to a two-way conversation.

There are certain questions that shouldn’t be asked on the first interview such as those about salary, benefits, bonuses and vacation time.   Practices/hospitals feel that if you ask these questions that you’re not really interested in the position.  If you have questions about these items and are using my services, feel free to ask me and I’ll find out for you.  This service is one advantage of using a recruiter.
