Time Commitment:

- EMG’s nice to do but not required, otherwise supervise EMG’s, interpret and render patient care accordingly
- Acute to chronic cases
- Medication management but no opioids

Practice Features:
- Three-person interventional practice; two anesthesiologists and one physiatrist
- Fluoro and ultrasound-guided procedures are done in the Brooklyn office
- Have trained and certified technicians to do the NCS portion
- EMR. They use the Dragon System for dictation.
Responsibilities:
- Outpatient msk, injections [ . . . ]
- Dedicated IM Hospitalists cover medical needs of patients during evenings and overnight
- Low call rate
- Report directly to the Rehabilitation Medicine Chief of Service

Facility Features:
- 30-bed rehab unit with ADC of 23
- Share work with another physiatrist and a PA
Responsibilities:
- Inpatient – see patients 3 times/week
- Outpatient follow-up about 1 day every 2 weeks
- The position includes participation on relevant departmental and hospital committees as assigned
Compensation:

Practice Features:
- The practice has office in Tremont and New Rochelle
- No-fault, workers comp and lien cases
Responsibilities:
- Evals – See pain consults and pain follow-ups of patients referred to you by the in-house physiatrists
- Expectations are to do pain procedures, not medication management
- Do epidural full spine procedures in-office in Tremont
- About 20 evals/day on clinic day and about 12-15 procedures/day on procedure [ . . . ]
