Practice Features:
- Private practice consisting of four physiatrists (two full-time, two part-time) and five Nurse Practitioners
Responsibilities:
- Provide SNF and subacute care services
Coverage across five facilities (not all sites daily); furthest facility is approximately 30 minutes away
Typical patient volume of 30 patients per day, with flexibility to see more if desired
Work closely with two established Nurse Practitioners who already cover these facilities and form a highly effective care team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed annual income of $200,000 until monthly billings exceed that amount
Estimated total compensation of $300,000–$400,000
Unlimited earning potential due to coverage of five facilities

Physician receives 75%+ of collections through a tiered compensation structure
