Responsibilities:
- Work with one or more APNs or PAs who are performing physical medicine and rehab assessments on SNF patients
- Collaborate with your assigned advanced practice clinicians to conduct patient chart audits per applicable regulations, delegate prescriptive authority, and be available telephonically as required by state-specific requirements, etc.
- Chart reviewing, no co-signing
- On-site or telemedicine is fine
- Collaborative agreement with the mid-level

Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in geriatrics, PM&R, or complex patients (preferred)
- A physiatrist who desires the experience of delivering quality & compassionate healthcare within proven care models with patients at the forefront of everything
- Requires confidence in clinical decision-making while adhering to our evidence-based clinical guidelines
- The ability to properly evaluate, assess, document and appropriately intervene as necessary
- Must be able to relate professionally and positively to physicians, providers and staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
