Practice Features:


  • Join a well-established, well-run 2-doctor physiatry group; the senior physiatrist is Board Certified in PM&R, Pain and Addiction medicine



  • Travel in DFW Area to multiple nursing homes to see pain and physiatry consults follow-up after Nurse Practitioner does consults
  • Send controlled medications, round on C2 patients every 90 days and see consults after mid-level to sign off on treatment plan and medications
  • Round once a month on all patients
  • Supervise up to a max of 7 mid-levels handing all C3 medication for facilities and the NP you supervise



  • Base at $250,000 with production

  • Malpractice, health insurance (50% of cost for you), life and disability insurances, IRA after first year with a 3% match, CME allowance, license and DEA fees, licensure yearly and 2 weeks’ vacation

Candidate Qualifications:


  • A Board Certified/Qualified physiatrist with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Visa holders accepted
