Affiliation:

- Or can be an employee of with a $300,000 base plus up to $100,000 signing/start bonus.
Compensation:
- As an independent contractor – Fair market value for administrative services which is approximately $100,000 per year
Payor Mix:
- 80% Medicare/managed Medicare, 10% commercial insurance and 10% Medicaid

Candidate Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Qualified physiatrist with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
