Practice Model:

• Efficient pod structure: 1 MD partnered with 1 APP, supported by two MAs
• Centralized scheduling and revenue cycle management to reduce administrative burden
• Well-balanced weekly schedule including new patient consults, in-office procedures, and ASC cases
• Incentives aligned with procedural productivity, quality metrics, and patient access

Candidate Profile:

 

• ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship; board-eligible or board-certified through ABA, ABPMR, or ABPN
• Demonstrated neuromodulation experience during fellowship, including SCS trials and permanent implants
o DRG experience preferred; targeted drug delivery a plus
o Anonymized case logs and faculty attestations required
• ASC-ready skill set, including fluoroscopy proficiency, comfort with sedation/airway management, and a clean credentialing history
• Interest in a high-procedure, intervention-first practice while maintaining clinic access standards

• Prior formal proctoring in SCS and/or DRG
• Completion of recognized neuromodulation courses or cadaver labs
• Interest in helping launch and grow a satellite clinic in 2026
