  • They coordinate with the Hospitalists and Specialist physicians and surgeons, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, Case Management and Psychology at the facility level to provide compassionate and coordinated care
  • 64 providers
  • Seeing patients in 70+ facilities throughout Colorado with 15,000 admissions in 2022
  • They will be expanding into different states shortly

Rehab Hospital Features:

 

  • ADC=26
  • All private rooms with multiple therapy rooms
  • 3 miles from the acute care hospital
  • 2 full-time physiatrists and 1 part-time physiatrist on staff

 Responsibilities:

  • Inpatient opening in Colorado Springs – See 18+ patients/day work the assistance of a NP
  • SNF/NH work for the SNF/NH openings in Denver, Greeley and Fort Collins

Call:

  • No evening call from 7 PM – 7 AM
  • 1:6 weekends but only again during the day and only by phone as there is Summit Connect, a call group

 Affiliation:

  • Employee or independent contractor

Compensation:

  • Salary base of $250,000 – $300,000 plus incentive
