Responsibilities:
General outpatient visits to include the typical range of PM&R conditions, EMG’s, injections and PT
Mostly no-fault and workers comp with some commercial insurance

Board certified (Part 1&2 – may consider part 2 pending if candidate is otherwise very strong and taking/passing part 2 is scheduled before hire) and NY-licensed & WC-certified

10-hospital health system with Levels 1, 2 and pediatric trauma centers
