If a Medical Director, play a key role in the development of a long-term care system and oversee advanced practitioners and lead a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program in the acute, sub- acute and long term acute care (LTAC) hospitals.
Clinical responsibilities (for the Medical Director and staff positions): Overseeing teams of mid-level providers in addition to providing patient care, Cover two practice sites per day – geographically suitable to your geographic needs
1:4 call (in event facility needs someone to be seen)
3 days/week at a LTAC and 2 days/week at a SNF
Act as a consultant, not a primary doctor
2 year contract term
Base Salary: $225,000 plus Productivity Bonus paid monthly; more with experience
Medical Directorship: $20,000
Sign On Bonus: $10,000
Loan Repayment: $10,000 per year of employment (minimum 2 years employment)
4 weeks of paid vacation and 4 paid holidays
I week & $2,000 for CME
