  • As an academic hospital, this facility is a primary teaching site for the University of MN’s PM&R residency program. The doctors are considered affiliated faulty of the University, as opposed to adjunct faculty so there is a closer relations. The level of professorship is granted by the University and is commensurate with your academic qualifications (Assistant, Associate, or full Professor).



  • First year salary
  • Second year salary that is loosely related to productivity
  • Physicians can pay others in the department to take their call at a standardized weekend rate of approximately $2,500.00
